Canadian supporters that match with you for a specific request have signed up to help you with that request. Do not expect them to be able to help you with other requests.
For example, a Canadian who has agreed to help you create a resume / CV may not be able to help you with your English / French, find an apartment, find a job, etc.
Once you are matched, you will receive the contact details of your match. Try to reach out to them on WhatsApp - if they are not on WhatsApp, contact them via SMS or email.

Translating between languages is one of the most difficult parts of many matches.
Google Translate and other basic translation services will take you surprisingly far. Make sure you are communicating with your match in English or French - do not send them Ukrainian, Arabic, Russian, or any other language and expect them to translate themselves.
